J is one of the Dungeon Masters for Planet Arcana, and the co-designer of A Fool’s Errand, a tarot-fueled science fantasy game set in a vibrant post-calamity world of Androids, Humans, and those in between. We sit down to build out characters and explore the world of the game, discovering a calamitous, world-shaking Big Oops along the way–and asking the question “what is life like for the people alive in its wake?”
AJ is an Actual Play performer, video editor, cosplayer, and (like me) a wearer of many hats; you can most recently hear them on the latest arc of One Shot, playing Machine Impossible, and as a player on The Lurking Legends (a rotating GM, One Piece-inspired Actual Play series). We sat down for a game of Friendly Neighborhood Superhero, a game about superheroic action and protecting your community. We geek out SO MUCH about superheroes, y’all. It’s great.
